Powder Coating 

Powder coating is a highly durable finish that can be applied to any metal item. It is similar to paint in appearance, but it is far more durable.  The powder coating process covers an object with a polyester or epoxy powder which is then heated to fuse the material into a protective layer.  Power coating adds longevity and durability to any item.  Over 7000 colors are available.

Powder coating is a dry finishing process that has become extremely popular since its introduction in North America over in the 1960s.  More than 15% of all products manufactured are given a powder coated finish.  It can be used on a wide array of products.

It can be used as a functional or protective as well as for a decorative finish.  Powder coatings are available in an almost limitless range of colors and textures, and technological advancements have resulted in excellent performance properties.

Cerakote

Cerakote is a high-temperature ceramic coating for metal products.  It is a metal coating that is the smooth appearance like lacquer on wood.  Cerakote comes in a wide variety of colors and it is made specifically for materials in a high-temperature environment.

Our clients love to use Cerakote for a customized look on exhaust systems and other high-temperature engine parts.  Cerakote can also be applied to a variety of firearms and our services are regularly used by gunsmiths in the area.

Sandblasting

Every piece of material we coat needs to be prepped properly. Our sandblasting service removes the dirt, rust, grease, and grime off old parts.  A sandblasted surface is ideal for either powder coat or Cerakote to adhere to.  Our team is able to sandblast small parts, firearms, and even entire cars or trailers.
